3.2 License Grant to iTestify
By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the Services, you grant iTestify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed.

- Is Abusive, Harassing, or Defamatory: Targets individuals or faith groups with hate speech, threats of physical or spiritual harm, cyberbullying, personal insults, or defamatory statements.
- Promotes Unsafe Practices: Advocates harmful cult-like behavior, illegal activities, or hazardous physical practices disguised as spiritual rituals.

Critical Disciplinary Action
**Zero-Tolerance Policy on Fake Testimonies**: Testimonies are sacred witnessing accounts. Sincere mistakes are treated with grace, but the **deliberate fabrication, fabrication of miracles/medical reports, or deceitful mocking of divine testimonies for clout, monetary gain, or platform manipulation will result in immediate permanent account suspension and a permanent ban** from iTestify.
Section 5The "Witnessing" Mechanism & Verification Tiers
To build a trusted ecosystem of faith, iTestify features a structured peer-verification system known as Witnessing. Users can "witness" to the validity of another user’s Testimony by selecting one of three distinct Witnessing Tiers.
5.1 Witnessing Tiers Defined
**Definition**: The witnessing user affirms, stands in spiritual agreement with, and supports the Testimony.
**Representation**: The user certifies that the Testimony aligns with spiritual truth and provides prayerful backing, even though they were not personally present during the events.
**Definition**: The witnessing user has undergone a highly similar miracle, answered prayer, or spiritual event.
**Representation**: The user certifies that their own parallel experience validates the spiritual plausibility and reality of the posted Testimony.
**Definition**: The witnessing user was physically present or directly observed the events described in the Testimony.
**Representation**: The user certifies, under their personal and spiritual integrity, that they directly witnessed the specific healing, breakthrough, or event occur exactly as described in the Testimony.
5.2 Legal Representation by Witnessing Users
When you witness to a Testimony under any of the three tiers, you represent and warrant that you are doing so to the best of your personal knowledge, memory, and sincere spiritual discernment. You agree not to provide false, collusive, or fraudulent witnessing verifications.
5.3 Complete Disclaimer of iTestify Liability
No Factual Verification by iTestify: iTestify does not investigate, fact-check, or verify the historical truth, medical validity, or supernatural accuracy of any Testimony or any corresponding witnessing tier submission.
Disclaimers of Truth: You acknowledge that Testimonies and witness accounts represent the subjective spiritual experiences, personal perspectives, and religious interpretations of individual users.
Assumption of Risk: Users read and rely on Testimonies entirely at their own risk. iTestify disclaims any and all liability for the accuracy, truthfulness, integrity, divinity, or physical outcomes of any Testimony or witnessing verification published on the Services.
